Ushbu maqola raqamli texnologiyalarning rivojlanishi bilan bog'liq holda inson huquqlari sohasida vujudga kelayotgan muammolarni O'zbekiston misolida o'rganadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatadiki, raqamli texnologiyalar bir tomondan inson huquqlarini ta'minlash uchun yangi imkoniyatlar yaratayotgan bo'lsa, ikkinchi tomondan esa yangi tahdid va muammolarni keltirib chiqarmoqda. Maqolada ushbu muammolarni bartaraf etish uchun tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
