The formation of a healthy lifestyle among schoolchildren has become a pressing issue in modern society, primarily due to the growing concerns around physical inactivity, poor nutrition, and mental health challenges. This article explores the socio-pedagogical problem of promoting a healthy lifestyle in schools, focusing on the roles played by educational institutions, teachers, parents, and policymakers. It addresses the obstacles faced in inculcating healthy habits and suggests strategies to foster holistic development in children. By analyzing existing research and practices, the article aims to highlight the importance of integrating health education into the school curriculum, thus empowering students to lead healthier and more balanced lives.
