The article presents studies devoted to the comparative analysis of English translations of Abdulla Qadiriy’s novel “O‘tkan kunlar” and the opinions given by the researchers in relation to different translations of the novel. The opinions of researchers focused on the issue of preservation of historicity in translation are analysed.
