Mazkur maqolada kognitiv moslashuv tushunchasining nazariy asoslari har tomonlama tahlil qilinadi. Psixologiya va pedagogika fanlari doirasida bu tushunchaning shakllanishi, rivojlanish bosqichlari hamda zamonaviy ta'lim jarayonidagi ahamiyati yoritib berilgan. Muallif kognitiv moslashuvni shaxsning atrof-muhitdagi o‘zgaruvchan vaziyatlarga aqliy va emotsional moslashish qobiliyati sifatida izohlaydi. Maqolada kognitiv moslashuvga oid ilg‘or nazariyalar, jumladan, Piagening kognitiv rivojlanish nazariyasi, Vygotskiyning sosiokultural yondashuvi va zamonaviy neyropsixologik tadqiqotlar misolida bu jarayonning ilmiy asoslari ko‘rsatib berilgan.
