Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida bank-moliya tizimining barqaror rivojlanish modeli ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotda 2018–2024 yillardagi xalqaro manbalar (IMF, BIS, OECD, FSB, World Bank) tahlil qilinib, O‘zbekiston tajribasi Janubiy Koreya, Buyuk Britaniya va Singapur amaliyoti bilan qiyoslandi. Natijada raqamli inklyuziya, operatsion chidamlilik, kiberxavfsizlik, mas’uliyatli sun’iy intellekt va regulyativ moslikdan iborat besh ustunli model taklif qilindi. Taklif etilgan model raqamli transformatsiyaning iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirish bilan birga moliyaviy xavfsizlik va barqarorlikni ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi.
