Abstract

In the era of globalization and digital transformation, oral communication skills in English have become a fundamental component of medical professionalism and patient care. Effective doctor–patient interaction requires not only clinical competence but also communicative precision, empathy, and cultural awareness. This article explores innovative methods and technologies designed to enhance oral communication skills among medical students and practitioners. It analyzes simulation-based education, problem-based learning, and AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and MedSpeak AI. The study concludes that combining pedagogical innovation with technology significantly improves communicative performance in medical contexts.
