Abstract

This article is dedicated to studying the legal foundations of ensuring gender equality in the education system and its social significance. The article analyzes the concept of gender equality, legal mechanisms in international and national legislation, as well as practical issues related to the equality of women and men in educational institutions. The article not only analyzes the current situation but also provides proposals for further strengthening gender equality in the education system.
