In the article, theoretical analyzes were carried out to ensure the protection of society from illegal aggression, including early prevention of hooligan crimes, identification and elimination of their main factors. Also, suggestions and recommendations on the development and implementation of comprehensive measures to eliminate threats to public safety were presented.
